Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. However, if you experience an issue such as being charged twice or receiving a defective file, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to help review your order for a refund or replacement.

Once your payment is confirmed, your digital download will be available instantly. You’ll receive an email with a download link, and you can also access your files anytime by logging into your account (if you created one during checkout).
